About Me



Hi everyone, I have been a soccer player for many years to come. Been playing casually,

semi-professionally. I have always witnessed talented, aspiring young players who possess so

much skill and show so much potential but they often drift away from the game when it just

passes the 75 minutes mark. This is the reason why I setup this blog, I want to help young and

aspiring players to get their fitness level up and play the game that they potentially can. So if you

are one of those players who started to drift away after the 75 minutes mark, I urge you to

become a regular reader of my blog. I will help you with my experience and soccer fitness
